Fifth Wave Leadership is a management consulting firm specializing in human capital development. Our goal is to help our clients establish and maximize the connection between personal growth, bottom line profitability, and stakeholder value. This goal is driven by our underlying core assumption that growing and developing people has become the prerequisite for organizational success.
Building on this connection between personal growth and professional performance, we assist our clients in dealing with a myriad of issues generated by constant and unrelenting change, by the merging of corporate cultures, and by the challenges of mentoring an increasingly demanding workforce. In order to be effective in this role, we need to be able to help both individuals and organizations change their belief systems and shift their paradigms.
The vehicle for accomplishing this is to teach clients how to achieve deeper levels of self-information and relationship-building, which helps them address a number of key management challenges - chief among them being the recruitment and retention of highly sought after talent. This ability to drill down beneath the level of chronic and recurring symptoms makes it possible for organizations to clarify and articulate core values, overcome blockers to peak performance, eliminate destructive conflict, and fully participate in the explosively expanding new economy.
Fifth Wave Leadership offers assistance with strategic planning, organizational change, conflict resolution, retreat facilitation, blending cultures of merged or acquired businesses, recruitment and retention, and other relationship-driven issues.
